I want to record how invaluable, thought provoking and career enhancing I found the CMI course at University of Hertfordshire During May and June 2012 delivered by Jackie Arnold. I have subsequently invested in “Coaching Skills for Leaders” and “The Coaching at Work Toolkit” and it has made me realise how brilliantly Jackie wove together the various strands that coaches use to enable coachees to develop.
