Andrew is passionate about working with leaders who are prepared to practice self-leadership to become the best possible version of themselves. He works with a broad range of leaders who make a positive impact on their businesses and enjoys seeing them fulfill their potential as human beings.
Andrew spent his early career in the energy sector before moving into Human Capital consulting in 1995. Over the last twenty years he has advised a wide range of business leaders about their own career development options and led various projects focused on transforming leadership capability within organisations.
Andrew is at his best when he uses a co-active coaching style that focuses on the whole person to achieve personal and career goals. Andrew has broad business experience that enables him to understand the stakeholder system that his clients work within. He believes that his challenging coaching approach enables executives to bring clarity to their thinking and opens up more possibilities in solving complex business and leadership issues. Andrew does not have a prescribed method of working and believes in following his clients and adapting his style to the unique situations that occur during coaching sessions. He is available to his clients on email and over the phone between sessions and prefers to meet his clients face-to-face.
